Ice in the Punchbowl - Pearblossom, CA

Ice Ring - 7 March 2009

At the end of the Loop Trail hike at Devil's Punchbowl Natural Area, I found this ice ring that formed on the ground (I cannot remember in what) and I hung it up. I think the set-up turned out rather picturesque.

The rangers offer various activities at the Punchbowl, including monthly Full Moon evening hikes and a San Andreas Fault tour every Sunday at 1 pm.
