Found on the wall of the ruins of the Llano del Rio Colony, an early 1900's socialist commune - Llano, CA

The mug is from Tepco China USA - Green Shadowleaf pattern, perhaps restaurant ware made in the 40s, but likely from the '60s. I did not find any whole examples on e-Bay.

"Bridges Between" - Vincent Thomas Bridge, Long Beach, CA

This is my first contribution to RuneE's Broer som Binder [Bridges between].
Vincent Thomas bridge connects San Pedro to Terminal Island as part of LA County Route 47. Some facts about the bridge from the given link: the third largest suspension span bridge in California, opened to traffic on November 15, 1963, and named after a former California Assemblyman, who was most responsible for its construction.
